An invitation
inviting
across my threshold
not sent
My neck..
beautiful as Is
wasn't on show
He just appeared
was there
maybe here
at a time needed
maybe I wished his breath against my skin
Whatever
connection was made
flicked
slick with pace
licked into place
Now he arrives
on any day
still of night
thoughts opening
quietly displaying
I am
he is
body
soul
mind
loyalty
combined

at his arrival
sounding
like always
desiring
wanting
needing
Requesting an audience
