two years of shutter vision.

A call on the phone,
a bottle down,
two to go-
i called you again,
and your taking me home.

A coffee table,
a spill down the stairs,
you tried to help me in
because no one was there.
I held my breath
as you held my tongue -
too late, things said
cannot be undone.

Oh, I remember
the first time we met,
I kissed my last boy,
how could I forget?
Seattle was to return to the sea,
and you remained a stranger
right infront of me.
A year passes, one more to go-
two years since we first met,
a month left before...

I recall a field
with metal bars,
us side by side,
all of it tangled in stars.
And These two sides
I know will never meet,
just in glances passed,
and embraced in sheets...

A call
on the phone,
A bottle down,
two to go-
I called you again,
no need for responce
"I'm letting you go,
even if you are all I want."
