It's Cold and Lonely
It's cold and lonely
here without you.
Where are your arms holding me,
keeping me warm?
Where is your voice,
saying you love me?
I cry out.
I need you, the real you,
the one who didn't beat me.
There's a crack, a rip, a tear
in my heart that only you can mend.
My broken heart is pumping blood out my sliced wrists
like a stream.
A stream of memories
that I'm trying to drain from my abused body.
Make the pain
of wanting you, of missing you fade.
I need you.
It's cold and lonely
here without you.
Where are your arms holding me,
keeping me warm?
Where is your voice
saying you love me?
Where are you Jeremy?
here without you.
Where are your arms holding me,
keeping me warm?
Where is your voice,
saying you love me?
I cry out.
I need you, the real you,
the one who didn't beat me.
There's a crack, a rip, a tear
in my heart that only you can mend.
My broken heart is pumping blood out my sliced wrists
like a stream.
A stream of memories
that I'm trying to drain from my abused body.
Make the pain
of wanting you, of missing you fade.
I need you.
It's cold and lonely
here without you.
Where are your arms holding me,
keeping me warm?
Where is your voice
saying you love me?
Where are you Jeremy?
