My sister, I apologize
You came into my world so fast, just like a flash of lightening.
Changed my whole perspective of what life's like and why.
I call you my sister, and you do the same, how quickly it all changed.
I left you there, standing, a mistake I quickly came to realize.
Distance does not make the heart grow fonder. It grows cold and unforgiving.
We fight all the time now, no one is to blame.
We both do it, about nothing, about something.
I miss my sister, the one I laughed with all the time.
Going home was the biggest mistake I will ever make in my life.
I wish I could take it back, but time has taken it's toll, and it is much too late.
I apologize for leaving you, and everything we were.
We had a bond, so very strong, that it could conquor all.
Now, when I talk to you, it's not really me.
"Oh, I'm fine. I miss you too."
One of which is a lie. I am not fine, and never will be.
I am already broke.
I'm sorry dear sister, for what I've done to us, for what I can not fix,
For what I've broke.
