I would like to thank you for all your support
as my once strong self-esteem shattered like glass

I was so appreciative for your blinding guiding light
now lost in darkness in my own mind

I can say I'm grateful for your relentless assaults
belittled and ashamed my defenses destroyed

My life just so fortunate because you needed so much
to give you all, I lost everything that was mine

I found myself so lucky because you needed many others
overwhelming silence as I weathered my loneliness

I just need to praise you for mocking my healthiness
my former body now sickened and withered

My life so enlightened from your daily disappointments
my hatred blackened all outlooks on life

The gods looked upon me with favor for my unwavering patience
with grieving spite I curse my life

And with happiness I walked the world in your holy presence
my desire to live so long extinguished
