Creating lies to use against me
To ignore the truth
Rich in brilliance
But poor in execution

Hurt those who hurt you
Even the one you love
Because this way maybe
You'll have mutual feelings for once

No weapons for you to attack with
So you just gotta make some up
Shoot someone with bullets and hope
They don't realize they're tranquilizer darts

Cheap shots to validate your position
Thinking truth would go undiscovered
Guess you thought I'd believe things that make no sense to my character
And forgot my investigative nature

But that sleep only awakened me
And I rose hard to the occasion
Funny how you could barely handle
Taking what you so often give

Tables turned, flipped script
I hope you learned something from it
Admitting when you're wrong for instance
And taking responsibility for connection crimes you commit
