This carcass crashes
like ice on stars
in drama-spasms spun
pattern of sin disclosed
in a spiral cone of DNA
—the coil of a serpent
round a naked wolf
its tongue-forked supple
mouth fangs flash fast
black exorcist mass
inside-out voltage 
                            jolts
blinding shards of glass.
