When you look into my eyes
What do you see?
Do you see a tortured soul
Waiting to be set free?
When you look into my heart
What do you feel?
Do you feel a sense of loss
Waiting for the chance to heal?
When you look into my past?
What do you find?
Do you find a life once lost
To which none were so kind?
When you see all that I am
What is there left to wonder?
We are meant to stay as one
For no one to put asunder.

I love the rhyme and repetition.. It gives this piece great rhythm.
