Make Me Whole Again
Laying in the Darkness
Thoughts running through my head
What was I thinking, how could I have been misled
Believing the lies, and hopes and dreams
For the mere thought of happiness it seems.
When all along I knew deep inside,
It would never become reality, it was only a mere fantasy.
Happiness is over rated ,with broken dreams and promises.
So cut my heart open and release this pain inside
Make me whole again.
Because each night I close my eyes I see you standing there
And each time I open my eyes I miss you again.
It is a never ending painful cycle...so please...open my heart
Take it out and cut away all the pain to make me whole again.
