In Death's temptation
I see the blood
The innocence dies
Christ is gone
My eyes behold
A death sentence
Carried out
A taboo crossed
A suicide
That I have witnessed
My mother's death
I cannot unsee
Her bed still soaked
In her life blood
A haunting curse
Upon my life
