Coded Revelations

It’s a societal belief that you can’t have both, brains and beauty. However, I know an individual who just so happens to embody both of these qualities, among many favourable others.

It started with one line; a veiled clue, if you will, among friends; followed by a long discussion regarding his love interest – and hers. The two basked in each other’s virtual company waiting for the next moment they would see each other again.

The two discussed the delicious topic for long weeks under a code name. Outsiders were told of their situation, many were accepting of it - though in any fairytale there’s always one character who seeks their end. The supporters did exactly that, after an assortment of doubt fuelled discussions the decision was made.

Their appeal was evident to both individuals and in, what seemed like no time at all, he asked her to one of her favourite places – she could call it a date if she wanted it to; naturally she did.

They sat in companioned silence for some time on the sixth of February 2015, both filled to the brim with nerves and anticipation. Neither knew the conventions of the situation; what was expected of the two was a question they both had no answer to.

He then waited for her until her four horse drawn carriage would arrive for her, after brief discussion it happened – their first kiss. Nerves shook her legs soon after and she was speechless – thinking that she had messed it up. She needed him to label it of course, their intellectual capabilities were not extensive in this feild – couple. It was set.
