My Baby, Stillborn
I hold you in my arms,
Without feeling you move.
I sing to you a lullaby,
Without a responding sound.
So limp in my arms,
The weigh of grief is all.
You'll never get to hug me back,
Or know how much I love you.
Though you never opened your eyes,
or took your very first breath,
you're still my baby,
Still born.
Without feeling you move.
I sing to you a lullaby,
Without a responding sound.
So limp in my arms,
The weigh of grief is all.
You'll never get to hug me back,
Or know how much I love you.
Though you never opened your eyes,
or took your very first breath,
you're still my baby,
Still born.
