Teddy Bear

Teddy Bear of mine,
Will you fight my demons?
I don't wish to die.
They hide inside.
In  the dark and cold.

Teddy Bear so warm,
Can you make them back down?
Please stop the storm.
Death lurks in my mind.
It has been eating me inside.

Old, Worn Teddy Bear, falling apart,
I'm sorry for forcing you to save me.
You needn't worry about me anymore.

Dear little Teddy Bear...
You brought me through,
but after this,
I will never again need you.
...
...
My hanging little best friend...
I'm sorry I couldn't stop it...
Never will I not be your bear.
You'll feel the pain no more.
