what is bullying?

to me bullying is when you hurt someone
physically or mentally
but which one hurts more?

for me its mentally
because physical bullying hurts you on the outside
then the pain gos away

but when you get bullied mentally
it stays
its like a scar
the words spit at you
they don't think it hurts as much as it does
but it hurts more than you can imagine

after awhile you get tired
tired of the hurt
the pain
the words

you go on each day losing more and more of yourself
you start becoming emotionless
you start to shut people out
you put up a wall

people give up
they realize your too far gone
too far to be helped
past the point of no return
