Regurgitate
Miles from worldly distractions
my thoughts flow freely
like the streams, uninterrupted
With eyes glued to the pad
my surroundings blur out of focus
with my perception of time
Thoughts, feelings, experiences
spill put onto the page
where I pick put all the solid parts
The result, then copied onto the screen
for others to judge and apprecihate
and for me to examine in disgust
