THE SADDEST THING
I've seen many tragedies
I have witnessed
just about all forms
of human behavior
it gets pretty dam bad
I have seen war
I have seen death
I have been in prison
I've seen people
mangled in car wrecks
I have witnessed too much
senseless tragedy
in my time
but the saddest thing
I have ever seen
has been a human being
who has lost their soul
to an addiction
I have witnessed

I have been in prison
I've seen people

Mate…you need to work harder to make us believe it. right now you are too glib, with throwaway cliche's that are pretty much just "war is hell"and "yeah I been in jail". Tell us what happened, how you felt, what you saw and did or didn't do. give us your journey, because that is what makes you 'you'….yeah?

hello glad to meet you we both know the poem is true
but one of only many sad situations i am trying to make friends with others who is on the same trip
for me i let my holy ghost write i have wrote many poems i have no idea of where they came from as for
instance love i have had scorned women on my back
all my life it seems like to me its been a trip
but there never was any love but i am still happy
i lived through it it was probably more my fault
than the women and on top of that i had been sentenced to 16 years in prison for selling pot
it was a trick i fell for but i had it coming
i reckon i had been a fairly slick outlaw for
over 20 years it all came together right about there
that was when i started writing my poem stories
i have created quite a lot of interesting stories
or messages i lived my whole life by the truth
that is my own truth which was i had to be honest
in my old life and i love to be honest in writing
i have wrote some biting poems or messages
so that's me i am who i am stay in touch

I hear you homie! We all fuck up because we human! ANd life getting baaad, but God got this!!! Just know I won't judge yuh!!! I fucked up many times myself...but won't put myself on blast here. Yeaaa looking forward from any poetry you write. Look at more of my poetry homie, and writing is a release of stress and emotions to heal YOU! My writing heals and healed me so yep!
