It actually hurts
Your jokes are making me smile
And then I collapse backwards
Cover my face
Resigned to acceptance
Aware of nothing save how bored I am

I like the amount of true speaking is in this poem, it shows what really goes on in the mind of the depressed when they just aren't in the mood to pretend to laugh at the jokes of others.
