A bright soul with darkness in it
The soul of a person with a heart of gold
The soul of a person who grew quite cold
It fades to blue and shades of grey
As the red disapears, but purple stay
The heart of gold that sits inside me
Is locked away as the black soul is set free
The heart beats to produce red cells
Beating but there's no sounds of bells
Its black, red and white
It strugles to put up with the fight
As life pushes and it gets harder
I'm feeling lost with no guarder
So many colours used to stream out
Now there is hardly any about
Small traces of splatters remain
As the black is dominant and I'm still in pain
Thinking about all the lies that you told
Fading away as life unfold
Where will the colours come back again
The blue, the green, the red, the Zen
Have you lost your bright soul?
The soul of a person who grew quite cold
It fades to blue and shades of grey
As the red disapears, but purple stay
The heart of gold that sits inside me
Is locked away as the black soul is set free
The heart beats to produce red cells
Beating but there's no sounds of bells
Its black, red and white
It strugles to put up with the fight
As life pushes and it gets harder
I'm feeling lost with no guarder
So many colours used to stream out
Now there is hardly any about
Small traces of splatters remain
As the black is dominant and I'm still in pain
Thinking about all the lies that you told
Fading away as life unfold
Where will the colours come back again
The blue, the green, the red, the Zen
Have you lost your bright soul?
