The Bite

 I fell so hard, so fast became so foolish for him
I felt safe and well protected
Not knowing the danger within
The hidden void
The secrets of the beast
I did not understand
I saw the warnings
The blood thirst in his eyes
Still I wanted him
I choose to be his
Needed the beast unleashed
I begin to hunger for the stream within the flesh
The beat of the heart drowns me
The intensity of the bite
I needed to drink
I needed to taste
My mind rages
My body floats beyond
As I entered into the twilight
The sweet mixture of sweat and blood
Fills my mind transporting my soul
Transforming my limp lifeless body
Into something new and lustful.
