Depression
Heavy heavy heavy
My breath
My body
My eyes
Just stop!
It is after all
Black and white.
Wake up sunshine,
Show those pearly whites.
Put duct tape over those
Cracks and fractures.
Dry your swampy eyes
Deserts are sweeter.
Gather kindling for your dark heart
and light it ablaze.
It is after all
Black and white.
But you must say is
All I see is pink.
