Just so you know
You’ll know who you are when you read this
My very own cynical Jesus,
Whose heart swollen wide
Rides a mystical tide,
Only you know how I favor white Cheezits.
I need you to know how I feel
That I know this battle’s uphill
But when it is done
And this struggle is won
I’ll be left with a steel-fisted will.
You know who are, dearest friend,
I hope to meet your soft lips at the end
But when a heart breaks
It must suffer hard aches
And learn how to love once again.
