Bushido

I sit in darkness, filled by the silence that stirs in the night.
The skies upon me are non-existent, and I am tranquil in my soul.
What defines me is not my money.
What defines me is not my health.
What defines me is not my emotions.
Bushido defines me.
I still sit in darkness, letting go of fear, anger, despair.
I prepare my mind to pay the ultimate sacrifice in honor of my lord.
What defines this is not dastardly.
What defines this is not chaotic.
What defines this is not dishonor.
Death defines it.
I have trained my body and mind for this moment.

I know what I am.
