Just another bottle
As I take a drink I look to you, eyes vast as the ocean blue,
I don't remember why I came, fuck I don't even remember your name,
I get up to take another shot, I look to see a guy who just fought,
I take my stand at the table, not sure if I'm stable,
The tequila burn and my throat bleeds, exactly what every party needs,
I look around hoping to find you, but your eyes are on another man enjoying the view,
I walk over and sock him in the face, there bow he knows his place,
I look over a smile at you, but your eyes look straight on through,
I start to get mad and my eyes follow your gaze, maybe I'm just stuck in a haze
I don't know what to do, since the start my eyes have been on you,
But again you look at another man, I wonder if I can take I bet I can,
I got and take another shot, and maybe smoke a little pot,
This isn't over between you and I, I have you till the day I die,
I grab my keys and walk to my car, the last thing you'll see is a shooting star,
I grab you and shove you in the back, and give the back of your head a good wack,
You will love me you must, so I hit the gas and my tires throw up dust,
As I drive the lines and signs mash together, it will just be you and I forever,
That poll came out of no where, my head goes through the wind shield it isn't fair,
My body lays on the street, and you are no longer in the back seat,
Where did you go? I feel as tho I don't know,
You must of run, I wish I could go get my gun,
This bottle must be talking, because there's no way you should be walking,
You are supposed to be mine it's not fair I won, you aren't supposed to live to see the sun,
This isn't how us was supposed to end, I guess it's time to make ... Amend.
