I had always suspected, but I remember how bludgeoned my heart felt when I first got the confirmation of Santa being a fake. I overheard two boys talking about it in the sixth grade. I gathered what scruples I had left and asked for diamonds that year. They turned out fake too. But truly, I love Christmas when its done right, especially where children are concerned. My parents were married by a man with the legal name of Santa Clause. :) Merry Christmas, Paul!

Christmas is like anything else,
I guess, if you let the profiteers
get into your head then it's ruined,
but when we shut the front door
and drift away in front of the fire,
feeling all warm and close, well for
us that's Christmas...have a great
one, pish..:)

O...Paul...this one has so surely brought one of the special feelings....one of the joys of the season to mind...
For bless`ed are they who can see Christmas through the eyes of a child!
(And i feel so surely blessed this season, for i am fortunate enough to have the job that i do..working with young children....being able to experience that rare magic that exists in their hearts...as this time of the year.)
