Incarcerated
You're missing her essence,
immersed in your world,
behind the bars you create.
Nothing is more fascinating
than her face.
Your vices hold nothing to her
sleeping form.
What's more luxurious
than her lust
that you glutinously bypass?
She will leave you.
Dead man walking.
I'm only sorry
that she kept you
on death row
as long as she did.
For your last meal,
eat your heart out.
immersed in your world,
behind the bars you create.
Nothing is more fascinating
than her face.
Your vices hold nothing to her
sleeping form.
What's more luxurious
than her lust
that you glutinously bypass?
She will leave you.
Dead man walking.
I'm only sorry
that she kept you
on death row
as long as she did.
For your last meal,
eat your heart out.

If he truly cannot see the beauty, he is forever forlorned and chained to his destiny. With No possibility for parole, those on the outside freely move on with their lives. Excellently penned, great expression of feeling for your readers.

Damn!!!!!!! in all my time of being a poet and writing. this one is honestly the first one I thought was going to be just another poem, but this is really something people don't write often. starts out like a story and ends with a point.
