A Childhood Story?
Not quite sure when this was written, but it was some time between 3rd and 5th grade. I found it while going through boxes of old stuff of mine.. Anyways... Enjoy?
Once there lived a prince in a beautiful castle he had many servants one of which he loved very much, but every time he asked her to marry him the answer was always the same no even when he begged and would say you my darling are to beautiful to be a servant. Then finally one day she said, "Yes I will marry you I've always loved you." The prince said, "Then why did you always say no when I asked you so many times?" "Because I was waitting until I thought the time was right. So they got married and one year later they had a baby boy they named him Gabriel. He grew to be a fine strong boy, but one day when young Gabrial was 12 years old, he was outside the castle walls picking berrys when a witch came and took him. Then she showed his parents that he belonged to her. She also said the only way he could be free was if someone were to fall in love ((Side note: I think I meant fall in love with him)). When she brought him to her castle on the other side of the valley. To make sure he didn't find someone to love him, she turned him into a wolf. Truely she loved him for once she was nice but an evil sorcerer came and he made her evil because he hated her nice ways, but she tryed as she might to be nice, but all failed the evil was just too strong to overcome. The evil inside her keep saying don't tell him you love him it he will be free. Every night she would become and owl and talk to him. She would help him hunt, for she didn't want him to die of starvation, and every night before he came back she would fill up a bowl of water for Gabriel. Soon Gabriel figured out that the owl was the witch, and the water was from the witch. When he saw the owl the next night he said, "Why do you do this Owl why do you come out every night to talk to me, because I know that you are the witch and you give me fresh water every night." So the witch said,"Ok you ungratiful beast I won't be nice and do it for you. Gabriel said, "But wait I love the nice things you do to me I would just like you to come as yourself, because I love the real you, and not the evil you." "Really you really love me a scary old witch well that's great cause I love you," said the Witch. With that Gabriel turned into a human. The witch became a good one. So they got married. And They Live Happily Ever After. The End!!
The moral of the story is don't judge a book by it's cover.
((Note, this story was typed up exactly how it was written on paper, with no alterations, other than the fact that it isn't in cursive.))
