Alone
There is a light
within our hearts
bleeding slowly
into our world
I can feel it
as I hold you
as I kiss you
over and over again
It takes away
all the pain
of our past
and all of the hurt
That we've been through
every last bit
but unfortunately
You are a ghost
Of my past
present and future
Hopefully
I'll forget you
but for now
I'll be waiting
alone
within our hearts
