You said you loved me
And I gave you my heart
You said you wanted me
So I left my family
You said we were fated to be
So why did you hurt me
I gave you everything
So why am I leaving
You pushed me away
You say you can't love
But you're really afraid
Afraid to let anyone in
Afraid to loose control
You're scared of your emotions
You could have had everything
You could have had a family
You dug your own hole
So I will let you stay

You didn't walk away Aaron we drifted apart over the years I was wrong to have asked you to come be with me but at the same time I tried I'm sorry I broke your heart but mine had been broken for years I'm sorry but five years is a long time to have a broken heart that can never be healed because of someone you truly loved. I loved you even when we were apart I waited for you and you just loved your life I'm sorry I gave up.
