FEAR..............

I was awakened by the energy
my heart pounding out of my chest as my eyes quickly scanned my surroundings
my bed, my home....but safety i did not feel!
deep...deeper....slow breaths my mind said....
yet, i can hear the beast.....
hounding,
thirsty for more blood shed,
A war zone,
men are screaming
women are crying
and the fear in a childs eyes would leave you speechless......!
I am in need of some air......
constant prayer in Hell's land....
hard to feel like God would ever arrive
yet i still stand....
