A Walk with the Wicked
Come let’s take a walk, down the alley of death,
Come let’s take a stroll, to our dark demise.
Come and walk with me, down ol’ memory lane,
Take my hand my love, and let’s re-live the pain.
Do not look away, from the scene in front,
All of darkness’ thoughts and it’s you they haunt.
Slowly creeping out, of your own skin,
Say hello to the, darkness within.
The air around is cold, I feel it fill my lungs,
As my breath will let, my last song is sung.
The darkness cannot hide, how I feel inside,
It cannot take away, that which is serpentine.
As death touches and calls me to the grave,
It chains me to my thoughts, and eternal slave.
Of all my misery, of all the pain I’ve felt,
To leave me to my thoughts, the deadliest blow is dealt.
There are echoes, there are silent screams,
There are calls, from a dying soul within.
There are whispers, spoken out so loud,
Death is calling, beckoning without a doubt.
Please take me, take me to my home,
Don’t leave me, leave me all alone.
On my knees, one more silent prayer,
Before I, reach my dark despair.

Please take me, take me to my home,
Don’t leave me, leave me all alone.
On my knees, one more silent prayer,
Before I, reach my dark despair.
