married for better/worse

So diminished by all this hurt i feel day after day
More painful it grows the longer i stay
Losing myself because of your judgemental cold unloving way
Deep within my soul I struggle not to run but stay
Body aches with all the pain and fear
Shutting down the parts of myself I hold so dear
You say to leave would be a sin
But I am already being damned when theres nothing within
You may tear up my words and throw away my journals but it will not erase my memories or stop this pain
To continue this to honor God while you diminish my self worth is so insane
God made me and I am his masterpiece the way I am
