Darkness taking over

I just cant shake this feeling
The darkness is consuming me
I dont know how to break free
Free from the pain and tragedy
Free from this evil im constantly facing

Is this how it all should be?
Can I change my destiny?
This tortuous pain won't go away
It leaves me with a feeling of great dismay
Is there any other way
To break free and no longer feel like a slave?

A slave to my demons
Lurking in the darkness
Never free from the shadows
That haunt me and cause distress
