I can't be your hero...
I can't help you, I can't be your hero.
Sooner or later you'll see me go
Every night a different story
I can't take this anymore my wrists are gory
You don't see the pain I have suffered
It's hard to read after these tears, it's all so blurred
Every time you're sad it's me you call
To let it all out to whine, to ball
There is always someone I'm expected to save
I can't save you when I'm heading for my grave
I have my own issues, I cannot escape
I'm clawing for an exit, there's nothing left to scrape
You forgot to ask "How are you?"
You failed to listen to what I'm going through
I want to help you, believe me I do
I've lost my mind and I'm no longer able
That sweet girl is becoming mentally unstable
I need someone to listen
Or stop my tears as they run
You need to know...A Hero can struggle
Hiding the pain by taking this capsule
One day she will swallow the bottle
I'm sure you'll tell her your problems at her funeral
While she's lying in her grave, noone left to save
Who could have saved her?
Little did you know...She had a cancer.
