If elephants could talk i wonder what theyd say
Would they complain about poachers or talk about their day
Would they sing about their history or cry about their plight
Would they talk about dying gracefully or putting up a fight
Who knows what they would say if they could talk for a day
Would we stay and listen or run away
What would we do if an elephant wanted to talk?
Would we rejoice in the miracle or die of shock?
What would you do if the poached began to talk?
Would you care to listen? Or would you walk?
