losing myself.....

CRASH!
I jolt up all of a sudden to a loud craash and yelling
What Just happned...?
i put my hand on the ground to feel around,
Im in the kitchen and theres glass all around me..
What Did i do? Or did i even do this..?
It seemed that i had been picking up the glass,
but i dont remember anything...
looking around i see a red gleam on one of the glass pieces...
oh no..
As i pick it up theres a bit of blood of blood on it..
out of the corner of my eye i see cuts on my leg...
Whats Happening to me..?
My arm starts to burn, i lift up my sleeve to see a few cuts on my arm...
why..
what..?
i dont get whats going on..i look down and tears start falling
im slowly losing myself and i dont understand anymore...
