Contemplating

It'd be so easy,
So quick.
Just pull that lil hammer back and click.
Yes, it's selfish.
Yes, it's dumb.
But I can't help the feeling of wanting to be numb.
I can't take much more,
And I'm running out of time,
Yet the most help I get is a "You'll be fine".
No one understands,
But no one ever has,
I guess they don't see the way life kicks my ass.
