From the kid inside

I should feel great but I'm awful depressed
I'm reading a good book and I'm awful impressed
I see all the pictures in lines of the text
I wish I could hear all of the voices next!
(All the while)

My stomach feels funny
My heart beats real loud
I ask people around
If they hear the sound

I feel cold and warm all at once
It is quite a bummer
My heart is like winter
My hands and feet summer
I walk in my sleep
I can't really slumber
When I think your name
I get woosie as blubber
My arms are so heavy!
My legs are all rubber!

Am I okay?
Do I go to the nurse
I dont feel a thing
But everything hurts
