A Lost Cause

Everyday
I live with this immense pain
No way around it
All i can do is hide it
Hiding my misery and anger
When will i find peace?

People look at me
Only seeing one side of me
But deep down i am broken
Tore apart by life experiences

I feel cold like i am going to die
I feel alone and ready to leave
These memories and images
Cloud my mind like an never-ending storm
When i think it is clearing up
It gets thicker
No one can save me from this fate
But will someone at least be there for me when i fall
I am not sure that anyone will

I am a lost cause
As i lose myself to my depression
