th'flesh of
a self gave a birth
to
poet, an idyll,
an'other dream
[of] wordsounds mis
placing
a reality that may as well have been 'never was'........
&so,&so,&so[on],
as a transient entering the transit terminus,
(O, éphémère borne!) ~as per the dictums of
Our-terminal-transience-of-course,[of course],
[aye]eye
dream the long,warm,comfort of some'one [of] You,
a goddess idyllique, to suckle a love
(of improbable aspect)
that'll
rush past fin[al]ity wit nev'er a graceless move,
&so,&so,&so on

I'm with Paul on the Mayfly, would the mayfly fly any higher if he only knew of the one afternoon. That's a great tattoo - and this piece, again, is so beautifully written.
