The Bipolar Devotionals

I'm so mad that I could hit someone,
I'd do it out of spite and not for fun,
I get upset with the dire need to vent,
I need to break stuff again and again.

One minute I'm cool but the next I feud,
I'm often seeing red that twists my mood,
Can't change it or hide it so I unleash it,
Leaving destruction in my wake of epic.

Delirious and furious I'm about to explode,
Wish I could put a damper on it & implode.
I don't mean to hurt anyone but I often do,
The bipolar is my characteristic far and true.

"Bang,boom,crash" the walls take on holes,
My personality traits finally take their roles.
Happy,mad,sad,excited are the emotionals,
