Between my finger and my thumb
The squat pen rests
Ill dig with it
You were my friend
Better then the rest
Ill never forget it

We would talk every night
And you could read my pain
Even though through text
You would help me stay sane
You would spread my wings
And shield my head from the rain

You were like the light
And as a moth, i was attracted to you
Using the wings you helped me spread
Was the way that i flew
I wil never forget
What i meant to you

But now you are gone
And you pushed me away
You took my wings
And im drenched from the rain
Now so dark and cold
Resumes my pain

You left me for death
And didnt glance back at all
These heights that i climb
I slip and i fall
What i really ment to you......
