i realized what has changed
i feel that flutter in my heart
the skipp in the beat
the final sigh
you freed me from my past
chased away my bad dreams
opened my heart and let it beat
beat in freedoms of all
freedom from pain
freedom from anger
and most of all
freedom from fear

one line that drew my attention was, "the final sigh". Normally when the word final is used it denotes and ending. The rest of the poem however feels like a new beginning.
