Pinocchio isn't a sinner.

Someone once said to me.
You're really religious aren't you?
Cause I have the word pray tattooed on my wrist
And a cross on my arm with the wise words.
"Only God can judge me".
Cause only God can judge us in the end.
That's the only opinion that matters,
In the end.
As for pray,
I got that cause I pray a lot.
Being a young kid and transgender,
I'd pray every night.
On my knee's before my mother laid me down to sleep.
I would pray,
Saying lord in the morning,
Please make me a boy.
I won't sin and I won't lie.
Anything to make this wish come alive.
As Pinocchio once said,
I wanna be a real boy.
And I'd always finish with an amen.
Tell me what kid does this?
Or knows this?
Before the age of even seven.

So I continued to beg God throughout my childhood days.
I then came to realise,
I couldn't change it that way.
He wasn't going to hand it to me,
He wanted me to fight for it.
Be willing to die for it,
And in return.
I'd learn to never take anything for granted.
I went through years of my young life,
In pain.
Drowning in anger.
Going insane.
So that once I was fixed.
I'd respect it,
Cherish it.
Be kind to this crazy thing we call time.
Cause one day it's going to really hard to find.

But the answer to your question is yes,
And no...
Cause most religious people will tell me,
I'm exactly what he hates.
But what they don't tell me is that,
He forgives.
He loves us no matter what,
Even if we do sin.
