A City in Heart!!!

 There are some places in this heart-

Where the mind and the body unites,

A strange longing strives,

That knows no sphere beyond this place,

Where no sin dwells and lives only grace,

An astounding uncertainty becomes certainty,

That desires immortal longevity,

Where someone's red and white blood commutes into the vessels,

A strange perception of personality levels,

That brings into the shoulders that force and responsibility,

Where no sweet illusion and allusion only survives,

That quarantine-valentine there thrives-

Where there are such places in this heart.


A City in Heart is another pastime poetry that I occassionally write or in fact comes within from me (...don't think this is too much). The first line ("There are some places") has come from the popular trailer that was aired in the television sets for the last cricket world cup of the millenium England1999. In fact it is a catchy line best to begin this poem which describes the conflict of uncertainty of the outer portion of us, i.e. the brain and the inner heart which we often think of a sensitive thing and define it as the much intelligent soul. So it is a shaky poem which contrasts this inner and outer self and sometimes seems biased praising the purified and sanctuous heart. The poem has been written with no objective except giving me the pleasure of writing it and sharing it with someone who will like to scrutinize ma work a lil bit and give me some comments:-)
