POEM BASED ON LE SOMMEIL - 3
(My previous poem inspired by Gustave Courbet's painting, The Sleepers, imagined the picture as pre-threesome involving a man who had found them sleeping together. This poem imagines the painting as a post-threesome scene. The painting was subject of Gahdess Worship's poem The Models.)
He near went home, but Brunette said:
“Would you like to join us in bed?”
Her companion, Blonde, winked eye,
which hooked his ‘Yes!’ as a reply.
So well before the witching hour
he got his fun, menage a trois;
those “pinnacles of perfection”
got their share of his erection.
Off from the bed the covers fell,
as the threesome romp went pell-mell.
Satisfied, they slept right away.
He left them together next day,
to wake up in each other’s arms
the next time that the clock alarms,
wondering if their homme supreme
had been a figment of their dream.
