Rhopalocera's dreamflower
the dreamflower
sings to me
as my head
rests on the grass
i can hear the birds and bees
in tune with the rustle of the trees
chirping and buzzing, high hatt and repeat
i can feel the tickles of the ants on my feet
as the heat succumbs to the grounding beat
While the dreamflower sings, and the earth makes music
my mind makes no haste, For in either direction, is perfection.
hence, blessings of the day appreciated in every way
and as the most beautiful feelings arise
patterns of the butterfly shadows upon the land,
eager my eyes to find the Rhopalocera surprise
and above they can be seen, they flutter dancing drunken with pollen
above they are; magnificent in colourful delight
fading gently into the comming night
and the dreamflower sings delicately,
until heavy eye lids slip
into nothingness.
