Mirror
She cried like the rain in horror movies
The thunder was from her mouth
As she screamed the pain away
It roared louder than the ocean
Her blood flow was never ending
It never reached that broken heart
Just her skin and the floor
A crimson waterfall
And it could of been beautiful
Over gallons at a time like Niagara Falls
Her smile was crooked
She cracked the mirrors in disgust
Wondering why no one ever could imagine
That beautiful guy and the beastly girl
Smears of lip gloss and wild curls
Once tried overdose
But those pills weren't strong enough
She felt nothing
Regret was out of the picture at this point
Never noticed at school
Someone called her pretty she called them a fool
For that mirror image wasn't what she wanted
Pretty was out of the picture for her
Wanting to be wanted
Now she hears voices
That sound like they love her
Tell her to go into the light
She believes that they're right
Those voices gave her a lot of choices
But she chose to cut at night
The thunder was from her mouth
As she screamed the pain away
It roared louder than the ocean
Her blood flow was never ending
It never reached that broken heart
Just her skin and the floor
A crimson waterfall
And it could of been beautiful
Over gallons at a time like Niagara Falls
Her smile was crooked
She cracked the mirrors in disgust
Wondering why no one ever could imagine
That beautiful guy and the beastly girl
Smears of lip gloss and wild curls
Once tried overdose
But those pills weren't strong enough

Regret was out of the picture at this point
Never noticed at school

For that mirror image wasn't what she wanted
