Never Ending Love

He watched me fall apart
He watched as tears streamed down my face
He watched helplessly, as I began to fall apart
From beginning to end
He saw the shimmering light in my eyes fade and fade
The glow I once had dim and dim
He tried all he could to get my attention
Sent me angels in the form of people
He went out of his way
Screaming for me to notice
Waiting for me

Those restless nights
