Every time i try to touch the subject
light beats and circles around... my sound
intangible vultures everywhere
the cycles are broken

but deja vu keeps haunting me

The clocks are silent now
no hands to give the time of day
The switch stays on
to keep me grounded, so i’ll be okay

but gravity isn’t what’s got me down
I’m space bound with no direction
everywhere i look, all i see are mirrors

(i was blasting music when writing this and put down whatever random thing came to mind, haha. I tried to make as many connections with my wordplay as I could. Hope you guys catch some of them!)
