Locked inside this chest of mine
A secret life, of fear and avoidance
I refuse to live my life in fear
So I avoid all I'm afraid of
That is not a life of courage
That is a life of lies
Rip me open
Tear out my chest
Dont let go and don’t let me rest
Rip it out
Then put it back
Hold onto me and don’t let go
Because I can’t do this alone
